Booking Protocols
Payment Terms
- A 50% downpayment is required to secure your booking date.
- Accepted methods: Bank Transfer (BDO/BPI), GCash, Maya, and Credit Cards.
- Full payment must be settled at least 3 days prior to the event date.
- Payments are non- refundable but may be transferable to a new date subject to availability.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made 7 days before the event will receive a full refund of the deposit.
- Cancellations within 3-6 days of the event incur a 50 % forfeiture of the downpayment.
- No-shows or cancellations within 48hours will be charged the full contract amount.
- Rescheduling is permitted once if requested at least 5 days in advance.
Booking Lead Time
- Standard services must be booked at least 7 days in advance to ensure slot availability.
- Peak season (NOV-DEC) requires 30 days advance booking.
- Last-minute bookings (within 48 hours) are subject to a 15% rush fee and logistics check.
Client Guidelines
- Please provide exact ingress/egress times and specific location coordinates.
- Ensure a stable power source (at least 220v) is available at the setup area.
- Special dietary requirements must be finalized 5 days-before the event.
- Any change in guest count must be communicated at least 3 days prior.
